Game troubleshooting - FAQ

What should I do if my game is listed, but I am seeing an issue with my game?
The information on our playability list is a sample of games playable. Individual game experience may vary depending on the game application version and computer configuration. If your game is listed but you are experiencing issues, try reducing the game settings or resolution and checking if any game patches or updates are available from the game developer or any driver updates are available from your computer manufacturer or Intel. If issue persists, see our game troubleshooting steps for further assistance.

What should I do if my game is not listed in the playability list?

If your game is not listed, check with the game developer whether the game is playable with your computer's configuration.
